CHANGES OR RETURNS

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To make a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@glowbaby.es and send your item to: Calle Concordia 30, Getafe, Madrid, 28905, Spain.

If you wish to exchange it for another size, you must contact info@glowbaby.es , to proceed with the request.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gifter decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gifter and they will find out about your return.

Shipment
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Calle Concordia 30, Getafe, Madrid, 28905, Spain.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
